The switch blew off
Here I am on the website to see if I can get a solution for my switch braking and what do I read? That I’m not the only one one with this problem and I lost my receipt because after great coffee making for over a year, who would think their receipts would be useful.
If you have many complaints of the same problem,why don’t you fix it?
Now what?! I need to go buy another one? Yes I will and NOT sunbeam. Thank you

Switch falls out
I have bought this machine 3 times now because I liked the simplicity of it and all 3 times the on/off switch has fallen out and rendered the machine useless. Don't waste your money like I did!

Great value.
I can’t believe so many people reviewed this coffee pot poorly. I have used one of these everyday for the past seven years and just broke the decanter by smashing it into a Pyrex measuring cup by accident. The coffee machine cost me $30 and has never spilled or stopped working in that time. I just replaced it with the exact same one, very happy with it. It makes fine coffee. Many of the parts are dishwasher safe, can’t complain for the price.

On/Off Switch Breaks
Bought the same machine twice and both times the on/off button broke from the machine. I have it taped to the 'on' position and have to plug/unplug from the wall for on/off. Nice little machine, so it's too bad more effort isn't put into what makes the entire thing work. Picked up a nice Black & Decker Smart Brew Deluxe at a second-hand store for $1.00 for it's replacement.

Visually impaired - this is the simplest unit on the market. Last one I bought, after 2 years, the switch blew - sparks & arcing. Replaced it last November. This morning, I switched it on, in the dark and again lots of sparks and arcing until the switch blew itself out.

Switch keeps breaking.
I had three of these very inexpensive machines. Very good and simple machine, but the dam button breaks lose. I would like to buy a replacement switch please.

Poor quality
