Life saver!
I just bought this on Amazon a couple days ago and as someone who suffers from ankylosing spondylitis and literally lives on top of my heating pad, this was a massive upgrade from the king size! Covers my entire back from
Shoulder to coccyx.

Very disappointed ...
Purchased this heating pad from Canadian Tire in Perth, Ontario. Within three weeks, it quit working. Canadian Tire advised that Sunbeam is the only company that does not allow them to coordinate returns. I was sent a return label but the heating pad had to be dropped off at a Purolator Outlet. We live two hours from the closest Purolator Outlet. After several phone calls, I was advised to return the heating pod via Canada Post at my own expense $19.99 and I would receive the replacement within approximately ten days. Six weeks later and I am still waiting. The funny thing is that I chose Sunbeam because I have my mother's 30-year-old small basic dry heating pad that still works even though the plastic cover is cracked with age. Sunbeam's quality and service have certainly slipped.

Love this size and the temp it reaches but…
I’m on my 4th xxl heating pad. I didn’t know that there was a warranty or I would have saved myself some money. I’ve had this one less than a month and I got the flashing red light of death. Plugging, unplugging etc to reset has done nothing. The max time I’ve gotten out of one is just over a year and the least would be just under a month. I need it for chronic pain issues so unfortunately I’m sure I’ll be dealing with faulty heating pads on a regular basis with my luck 😅

Worked great didn't last.
I bought this May 23/ 23. Yesterday June9/24 it just quit working. Never kept my receipt or the box when I purchased at Rexall. Never realized there was a 5 year warranty.

Bought this several months ago, now it has stopped working. The controller shows an "F" within seconds of being turned on. What can I do?
