Great coffee, fragile carafe
Have loved this compact coffee maker for years - perfect size to make coffee for 2-3 people. But its carafe is fragile/ poor quality, cracks easily and not available for replacement. We've bought 3 of these over the past 6 years, all because the carafe cracked. We're done with them now, after the latest carafe broke from a plastic scrub brush hitting the inside while cleaning!

Works good and coffee tastes good - I bought this a few years ago and it's still performs. I also bring it camping so I get good tasting coffee in the morning

Love this little coffee maker!
Have had this little machine for at least 9yrs. At different times have used it daily and sometimes many times through the day with company over. It's never failed me and makes great coffee.. also try to use the non bleached filters. Recently the handle on the carafe lost a little piece at the top that holds it to the glass but, unit still works well. Seeing others had need for replacement carafe I called Sunbeam. They did not have any in stock currently but the agent will search and see if she could find one sooner for me. If not, have gotten MORE than my monies worth (especially in this day of many cheap quality products). Will probably just buy another since cost is reasonable and quality very good. Thanks Sunbeam for the great product and service. : )

Replacement of previous 5 cup
The perfect size for two people. Replaced the old one because I left it on and the carafe cracked when it boiled dry. Would like to see an automatic shut-off, as our Sunbeam 4 cup has.

Cup too weak
I bought this coffee maker a little more than one month ago at Amazon. But the cup cracked and broke after a gentle touch with dishes. I didn't know it was such a weak cup or mine is defect. Is there any way to get a new one, or at least new cup instead of buying a whole new coffee maker?

Best little compact coffee maker
It was the best and cutest little coffee maker for one. After almost 12 years of use mine just died. Now I find it is not available anywhere. Dang!

Great size for me and works great
I had this switch coffee maker for years. Worked great. The white eventually turned yellow and I wanted black appliances so I bought the 5 cup programable with stainless steel vessel. This one is 6 years old and works fine. I want to get another as a gift for someone.
I do not see it in your catalogue? Where can I find the programable version ? 5 cup.
