How do I prevent my beaters from rusting?
Beaters must be dried immediately after washing in order to prevent rusting.
What if the dough I am mixing is too heavy?
This will occur if the size of the batch is too large. Decrease batch into smaller amounts and mix.
What if the dough is creeping up the beaters?
Check to be sure beaters have been inserted correctly. You may also coat beaters with a light coat cooking oil at the stem of the beaters to help prevent this.
What if the motor stops working?
The batch being mixed is too large. Decrease batch and mix in smaller portions.
