My Griddle/Skillet has a Duraceramic coating. What does that mean?
Duraceramic coating is four times more durable than other non-stick surfaces and cooks up to 20% faster. The surface won't flake or peel and is scratch resistant. In addition, this ceramic coating does not contain latex, rubber or flouride.

Our non-stick coating is safe when used for cooking and designed to reach maximum temperatures well within safe cooking limits - some non-stick coatings may release harmful fumes. Note, our products are not make with Dupont Teflon coating.

Why is my electric skillet not getting hot or heating up?
If your electric skillet is not getting hot or heating up, please check
- the unit is plugged into a working outlet
- the temperature control is properly plugged into the electrical connection of the skillet
- the temperature control is set on a temperature setting. If skillet is still not working, please contact an authorised Service Centre
