Limited Warranty Statement
Newell Brands Canada ULC, for its Sunbeam brand of products (“Sunbeam Brand”) warrants to the original end-user purchaser that the Sunbeam Brand product detailed in the chart below purchased in the United States of America or Canada (“Product”) will be free from manufacturing defects for the warranty durations in the chart below from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal use and cared for according to Sunbeam Brand’s instructions.
Please note that products sold under the Sunbeam brand by Sunbeam Brand’s licensees, including, but not limited to, heated blankets and bedding, health monitoring, and garment care products, are not covered by this warranty. Because Sunbeam Brand cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Sunbeam Brand or a Sunbeam Brand-authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sunbeam Brand reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, negligence, or accident); damage from use on improper voltage or current; damage resulting from alteration(s), disassembly, or repairs by anyone other than Sunbeam Brand or a Sunbeam Brand-authorized service center; damage from Acts of God, including, but not limited to, fire, tornadoes, hurricanes, or floods; damage or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner or contrary to the operating instructions; and theft. Please do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on your product. Sunbeam Brand reserves the right to decline coverage if the defect or damage in question was caused by unauthorized components or service. No terms of this warranty may be construed to apply to non-warranty service or maintenance, and Oster expressly excludes from this warranty and denies liability for defects or damage caused by repair or alteration by anyone other than Sunbeam Brand or an authorized Sunbeam Brand service center.
Warranty Claim Process:
Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should continue with the link on this page or call us Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM ET at 1800-667-8623. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and proof of delivery date, if different than your date of purchase, demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when your product was received. You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your Product.
Remedies Under This Warranty:
Sunbeam Brand will replace or repair, free of charge, a defective Product that is covered by this warranty. Replacement will be made with a new product or new component at no cost to the consumer. If the item that is the subject of the warranty claim is discontinued and thus no longer available, Sunbeam Brand will replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. No terms of this warranty may be construed to apply to non-warranty service and maintenance. Accordingly, Sunbeam Brand also denies liability for defects and damage caused by repair or alteration outside the terms of this warranty

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUNBEAM BRAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
