Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sunbeam Heat to Go Heated Back Wrap Wore it a couple of times work fine. However the battery pack kept falling out of the back wrap and it finally broke. Only had it one month. The design to hold the battery pack into the wrap is extremely poor. Sunbeam fix the issue please. I am out my money! If this issue was corrected I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy! Could use a second set of batteries I'm very happy with it but it does not really last the 4 hours. I would love to have an extra set of batteries or charges so I can get more use out of it. Overall it works as described and it the heat is good.
