HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED
The reviews state that I’d get extra heat within seconds. Pfft!! First it takes several minutes before it heats up and then the highest heat out out was despicable. Hardly hot at all. For the price paid for this pad it should be dang hot! I’m angry!

In need of heat from
Great heat but leaches black dye!
I bought this as a replacement from Costco Online, as my previous Teal XXL Sunbeam Heating Pad I ordered from Costco died only after less than a month, and they were no longer available. This one has great heat, however the black color has stained my white bed sheet and a pillow case overnight. Tried washing and bleaching sheets, but stains will not come out. I was in Pajamas, and didn't have any lotions or anything on me. It shouldn't leach dye with just a bit of sweat. I also shouldn't have to pre wash a brand new heating pad before use. Now I have to buy new sheets, and possibly return this because I can't risk staining my furniture too. I have Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Joint Pain and rely on a heating pad for pain relief. Can't be worried about taking a towel around with me wherever I need to use it. I bought Sunbeam for it's long reputation of quality, now I'm not so sure with both heating pads having issues, and another sunbeam one that dies last year after 8 months, and a couple Sunbeam heating blankets over the past year and a half dying too.
