Awesome machine!
I've used mine twice. Once to make a cinnamon bread recipe (found online) and use the sweet setting; worked amazing!! The second I'm using as I type this and it's dough setting...working fabulous!! The machine is so simple to use. The instructions are super easy to follow and the machine is not loud, hurray!!! The reason for the 4/5 is because the measuring cup it comes with, mine was broken. Besides that I am in love with my bread machine ❤️ Oh and the bread does come out very tall as another reviewer had mentioned. I had to cut my bread in half to fit my toaster but that does not bother me one bit. Awesome machine!

Like the machine but not instructions
Contrary to page 23 of the User Guide which outlines the Whole Wheat Stages (Menu 3) noting the ingredients are kneaded for the first time (mixed immediately); in fact it actually starts with a 30 minute preheat (5 minute preheat on EXPRESSBAKE). The Help Desk told me to take the machine back to the store (I did so twice) and then sent me a replacement. Had they mentioned the error in the manual and/or told me about the 30 minute preheat; time, money and frustration would have be avoided. So be patient when first trying Whole Wheat. Persevering with the Whole Wheat cycle, I can say it makes great bread on Whole Wheat, Basic and dough. I am pleased with the machine but not with the lack of knowledge at the Help Desk and the error(s) in the User Guide.

very satisfied!
We've been using this bread maker intensively for 2 months and have enjoyed the bread a lot! We also produced few fine brick several times, but it was either to wrong water temperature (didnt read instructions carefully and used warm water as previously when beking bread in the oven...so people make sure to follow mfr's instructions! room temperature ingredients - important! not cold, not warm...). We got same bread maker for my mom and works perfectly well too. And we use our own recipes with less yeast then suggested in manual - still works well.

Excellent !
Bought it two weeks ago. Since then I made one regular white bread, one cracked wheat bread and two pesto-parmesan breads. All with great success !

Easy to use
Ever since we've bought this bread machine a month ago, we've used it daily and love to wake up to the aroma of fresh bread. However, some points to know as you consider this machine: sometimes the kneading blade gets baked into the bread and you need to remember to remove it before cutting the bread; not all recipes in the book come out good, and trial and error is the only way to get the perfect loaf - basic white bread is so far the best one we've had. The tall loaf makes cutting even slices hard with lots of messy crumbs being the downside of bread baking.

Started out good... did not work long
I bought this bread maker about 2 months ago. At first it was making wonderful bread. After about a month the loaves were not rising properly. Now it is hardly rising even with extra yeast and has stopped shaping the loaf. I tried contacting the number provided in the instruction manual to find it is a French line only. I was then given an incorrect phone number to the bedding department which is not even answering calls. I am extremely disappointed as I had really enjoyed the bread maker while it was functioning properly.

Sounds broken!
We bought the GF version in hopes to make that kind of bread along with our regular bread. There was no manual despite the box advertising such; but was easily enough found on the sunbeam site.
First go of the normal bread and it didn’t rise; followed recopie exactly as SUNBEAM wrote it out and it was a dense, lumpy block at the end. Sounds like there’s something broken with how loudly it agitates! I’d add a video I recorded to show exactly what I mean, but you’re only allowing YouTube videos. (>.<)

Excellent product
After many trials, I finally made a loaf of brown bread I can eat, with the help of the Sunbeam gluten-free bread maker. Having the gluten-free setting makes all the difference! However, I did not have success with the recipe in the accompanying book.
